Who we are

Ennealight is an Enneagram companion app for iPhone. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect when you join the waitlist

Your email address, the language you picked (English or Spanish), the time you signed up, and where you signed up (for example the home page or the quiz).

Your personal invite code, and the invite code of the friend who invited you, if any. This lets us count how many friends confirmed with your link. We also keep whether and when you confirmed your email (we store only a scrambled version, a hash, of the confirmation link).

That's all. We don't ask for your name, and we don't store your IP address or browser details.

Why we use it

To send one email asking you to confirm your address, to email you about Ennealight's launch, send your Founding Member code and perks, and (for Founding Members) invite you to the early beta.

We'll only email you about Ennealight. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We never sell your data

We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't show ads.

Where it's kept

The website and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and D1). Confirmation and launch emails will be sent through an email delivery service, which receives only your email address and the message. Like any web host, Cloudflare's network handles your connection so the page can load. Our own code doesn't save your IP address.

To stop spam bots, the sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy, and we don't send it your IP address.

On your device

Your browser remembers your language choice and your own invite code (in local storage) so the page can show them next time. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and the website has no analytics.

The app and the AI coach

Coach chats are processed by OpenAI through our server to write each reply, and they are not stored on our servers. The AI provider may keep data for a short time under its own policies, for example to prevent abuse.

Version 1 of the app doesn't need an account. We'll update this page with the full app details before launch.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your waitlist details until we've delivered your launch perks, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

To see, correct or delete your data, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We'll take care of it within 30 days.

Children

Ennealight is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll email you first.
